Sony introduces CompactFlash

Japannese CE giant Sony just announced the company will finally enter the CompactFlash Market. This step marks a pretty late entrance into the CompactFlash market. So far Sony just manufactured Memory Sticks. For now, Sony starts with two tiers of memory cards to target digital camera user’s; a 66x set with 1GB to 4GB capacities and a professional set of 133x 2GB and 4GB cards backed by Sony’s Image Recovery Service.
