Digital cameras equipped with wireless internet (WiFi) capabilities are are nothing new, with several major manufacturers such as Nikon, Canon or Kodak offering the feature as a means of uploading photos to the web on the go. So far these cameras were pretty expensive and there was no way to add WiFi capability to older cameras. The good news now comes from a small Silicon Valley-company called Eye-fi which has developped a Wi-Fi enabled SD card with built-in memory. After inserting the card into your camera you can instantly upload photos or digi videos to a conmputer near you or a web picture hosting service of your choice. The first Eye-fi model is a two Gigabyte model and is supposed to hit stores this fall for around is a 2GB version
