Toshiba IK-HD1: World’s Smallest HDTV Camera

We’ve had our fair share of mini and slim gadgets so Toshiba’s introduction of the IK-HD1, said to be the world’s smallest HDTV camera did not surprise me much. Well, but not until I found out its real measurement of 1.6 inches only!

It could be mistaken for a small Rubik’s cube without the colorful squares. This tiny camera boasts of producing video at broadcast-quality at 1080i.

The cam is more for professional broadcasting and can be used up to 90 feet away. Weighing only 2.3-ounce, this small camera is ideal for reality shows as a hidden camera. This isn’t a web camera so don’t expect to use this for your video chatting pleasure.
