Baubles, Bangles, and Lens? They’re just waaaay too overpriced

I just got my Nikon D40 a couple of days ago and I’m certainly loving it. It’s such a good investment because I’ve been taking interest in photography lately. But no matter how much I like photography even if I’m not good at it yet, I wouldn’t wear something like a lens bangle.

Even for a geeky girl like me, I wouldn’t compromise fashion for this passion. And besides, the $250 price tag is just expensive I’d rather get a nice bracelet from Tiffany’s instead of old lens and casings. I am not sure what Craig Arnold, an Australian designer, was thinking when he made these bracelets from discard lens but I’m certainly not digging it.
