Photo Games: Sony introduces ‘Go!Cam’ camera for PSP

The Sony PSP has just got a new accessory, the go!Cam camera add-on that converts the PSP into a portable 1.3 megapixel fun camera. Not only does it take photos that you can upload directly to the internet from your Sony PSP, but the go!Cam also has a built in microphone to give the option to create video clips and movies with audio. You also have the ability to change the direction of the camera lens vertically by 180 degrees.The software you get called Go!Edit makes your PSP a complete portable editing suite, so you can edit movies and photos on the move with sounds and graphical effects. Sony DSC-S800: Top for close-ups, but lacks wide-angle

Sony’s newest addition to their super compact camera line, the Sony DSC-S800, features nice f1:2.8-4 optics with a 6x-zoom tele lens, awesome close-focussing capabilities (according to Sony as close as two Millimeter) as well as an 8-Megapixel sensor. Sony introduces CompactFlash


Japannese CE giant Sony just announced the company will finally enter the CompactFlash Market. This step marks a pretty late entrance into the CompactFlash market. So far Sony just manufactured Memory Sticks. For now, Sony starts with two tiers of memory cards to target digital camera user’s; a 66x set with 1GB to 4GB capacities and a professional set of 133x 2GB and 4GB cards backed by Sony’s Image Recovery Service.
