Eye-Fi: Add WiFi to your digital camera

Digital cameras equipped with wireless internet (WiFi) capabilities are are nothing new, with several major manufacturers such as Nikon, Canon or Kodak offering the feature as a means of uploading photos to the web on the go. So far these cameras were pretty expensive and there was no way to add WiFi capability to older cameras. The good news now comes from a small Silicon Valley-company called Eye-fi which has developped a Wi-Fi enabled SD card with built-in memory. Read more
Photos on the go: Kingston introduces Memory Card Drive/Reader
A new digital storage idea worth taking a closer look at is a Kingston flash drive with a slot for memory cards. While you are for example on a vacation trip and you want to drop your precious memories onto your laptop, then the new Kingston DataTraveler Reader is the smartest thing you want to have. The drive/reader comes in three different capacities, with up to four Gigabytes of storage and has expansion slots for SD/MMC which will allows user to read up to nine different miemory card formats.
